Our   Story

I was frustrated with not being able to find funny gym clothes. I had a few that I liked, and my girlfriend at the time had a couple made for me at a local screen printing shop. Realizing we should just make our own; this is how we came to be!

Where   we   are   now

I started lifting at a very young age, but didn't get serious until I was 18. I wrestled in High School, and moved into Mixed Martial Arts at 19. Primarily started working out post High school just for the mental health benefits. I continue to grow as a lifter. Having experience in lifting to get big, get cut. With directed training in distinct goals such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, and strongman over the last several years.
After almost 10 years of training I still do crossfit on the weekends, run in the Pittsburgh Half Marathon, and compete in Strongman events. Fitness is a never ending journey, much like yoga there is no "End" only continuous progression. Along with growing your diet, exercise will help you become the best version of yourself.
